The Great Bustard website (“Website“) for is owned and operated by Pelham Pubs Limited (incorporated in England (company number 12377344) with its registered office at 14th Floor Smithson Plaza, 25 St James’s Street, London, United Kingdom, SW1A 1HA (“we“, “us” or “our” being interpreted accordingly). These Terms govern your use of this Website and apply to bookings, reservations or transactions referred to below.
We may modify or update these Terms from time to time, for instance, if there is a change in the law or our business, so please check this Website regularly to make sure that you have seen the latest version. We recommend that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

- These Terms (together with any other terms, conditions or policies referred to below) govern your use of this Website, including any content that you access or transactions that you may enter into.
- By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms so please read them carefully.
- Content on this Website
- When you use this Website, you may be given access to certain content including (but not limited to) images, designs, logos, signs, menus or other written information as well as any audio or visual material in any medium which we may make available from time to time (‘Content’).
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, such Content is provided on a personal basis for your own personal reference or use. You may upload, use or reproduce such Content provided that where it is reproduced or disclosed to others, it is properly attributed to us.
- Any distribution, publication or exploitation of Content for commercial purposes without our prior approval is prohibited and you should not seek to misrepresent Content as your own or anyone else’s.
- We may, for any reason, take-down, suspend or modify all or any part of this Website (including any Content) without notice. We may also occasionally restrict access to this Website without liability.
- You acknowledge that any intellectual property rights arising in relation to this Website and any Content (including, without limit, any copyright, trade marks and associated goodwill, rights in designs, domain names, database rights, any know-how or other intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, existing anywhere in the world) (‘IPR’) belong to us or our licensors (as the case may be).
- You acquire no title, right or interest in relation to such IPR, except for the limited rights expressly referred to in these Terms.
- Bookings and Reservations
- If you make a restaurant or accommodation booking through this Website, the process will be handled through our third-party booking platform providers, currently SevenRooms and Rezcontrol and payments processed through our external payment processor, currently Trust Payments.
- Your use of these third-party platforms as well as any bookings or reservations you make, or payment details you submit when using them may be subject to such additional terms or conditions that are displayed or made available to you when you are redirected to or access those platforms. To make any reservation or booking you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card.
- Any restaurant reservations you make are subject to our restaurant cancellation policy. You may be required to pay a deposit of £20 per head for restaurant reservations in relation to large tables of 8 persons or more. If you cancel such a reservation with less than 48 hours prior notice, you may be charged for the full amount of your deposit. In all cases, we ask that you provide us with as much prior notice of any cancellation as possible.
- Where you book accommodation, this will be at such rates and subject to any terms or conditions displayed on our Website at the time of you submitting your booking, including any conditions regarding cancellation or refunds. We may also require pre-authorisation of your credit or debit card in order to confirm any booking.
- When booking accommodation, you are promising that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you have legal capacity to conclude the purchase, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card whose details you provide and that you have sufficient funds available to cover the cost of your booking and other charges you may incur. Please take the time to read and check your details (such as room, guests and dates) and correct any errors before confirming your booking.
- We reserve the right to change our prices or rates at any time before your booking is confirmed When confirmed, a legally binding contract will take effect between you and us, subject to any other terms and conditions that are notified to you before your booking is completed.
- Whilst we try and ensure that all prices or descriptions that appear on this Website are accurate, there may be cases where errors occur. However, we cannot guarantee that all details are 100% complete or error free. Please contact our customer service team if you would like more information about a particular room or any of our facilities. The images on this Website of our pub, accommodation, restaurants and other amenities may be subject to change from time to time.
- If we discover an error in such a price or description of a room, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. Where this relates to a booking you have already made, you will then have the option to notify us as to whether you want to (1) reconfirm your booking at the correct price or description; or (2) cancel your booking in which case this will be treated as cancelled and you will receive a full refund of anything you have paid in advance as soon as possible.
- As a consumer, you may have certain mandatory legal rights in relation to any booking or reservation you make with us. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict or exclude those rights where we a legally prohibited from doing so.
- Personal Data
- Our use of any personal data that we collect about you or others through this Website is governed by our Privacy Policy. You also accept that we may also use cookies or other tracking technologies when you use this Website in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
- In the event of conflict or inconsistency with any other terms or policies, our Privacy Policy followed by our Cookie Policy and these Terms shall prevail in that order.
- Linking and other websites
- To the fullest extent legally permitted, you should not provide any link to this Website or Content from your own business website or social media account without our prior written permission.
- Where this Website and/or Content contains links to other websites operated by third parties, these links are provided for information only. We have no control over those websites and, unless stated otherwise, such links should not be interpreted as an endorsement by us of those linked websites or the businesses or organisations responsible for them.
- Disclaimers and Exclusions
- You acknowledge and agree that:
- you will not act in any way that interferes with the operation of this Website or which in our reasonable opinion has, or is likely to have, an adverse impact on our business;

- we disclaim all representations, warranties, undertakings, terms or conditions in relation to the Content whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise), including, but not limited, to warranties, undertakings, conditions or terms relating to quality or fitness for particular purpose.

- Should any part of these Terms be declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, this shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion which (if legally permitted) shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid portion of the Terms had been eliminated.
- We may assign or transfer any of our rights under these Terms and subcontract our obligations in relation to provision of any Content, products or services referred to on this Website.
- These Terms are subject to English law. To the maximum extent legally permitted, you agree that any dispute relating to this Website, any Content (or your use thereof) or in respect of any bookings, reservations or transaction as referred to in these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
